DYZ Plumbing is taking the coronavirus (the virus that causes COVID-19) very seriously and monitoring the situation closely. Our main priority is our duty to serve our current and future customers while keeping them and our employees safe. The following measures are currently in place by DYZ Plumbing for the well-being of our customers, employees, and communities.
- We are taking service calls 24 hours a day with limited daily appointments. We are taking emergency calls and when available, we may service same day. We are still not taking on remodeling projects nor will we be providing fee estimates.
- Health checks of all of our technicians will take place daily to ensure they have no cold- or flu-like symptoms. Their temperature will be taken before every scheduled service call. Please note: We may ask if anyone in your home is sick. If so, please advise the office so we can take any further actions to service your plumbing need(s) in a safe and efficient way.
- Each technician will wear the appropriate protective gear, including shoe covers. In our industry, we are exposed to many elements, and our desire is to service your plumbing need(s) while taking the necessary steps to keep you, your family, and your community safe.
- Our tools and equipment will be cleaned and disinfected before and after each use.
