I would give more than 5 stars if I could. DYZ did an AMAZING job taking care of a gas line inspection. They took the time to come out and provided a free estimate for the actual cost of the job, not just a fluffy number over the phone. They were able to coordinate with the city for the permit, gas line test, and inspection all in the same day. The gas company is a complete pain, but DYZ came out a second time to correct the gas company's laziness and get the job 100% completed. Super friendly, super helpful, and very responsive. Long overdue review for DYZ. Yanez and his assistant replaced the main water valve which they had to dig underneath a bay window. They even helped plant back the shrubs afterwards. Do yourself a favor and save your time, just call these guys, they are STELLAR! Yanez is a master plumber and it shows. He showed up with his +1 and immediately knew more about the situation than I could've imagined. Yanez provided a thorough and clear explanation of my plumbing situation, the steps he was going to take, and any possibilities that may arise as he did his work. He is very familiar with the area and was able to explain what kind of piping is likely in my house based on other houses nearby (they're almost all the same).
After Yanez was done working he demonstrated the fix and explained in detail what he found and how to prevent my problem from arising again anytime soon.
If you get Yanez when you call DYZ Plumbing you'll be in for a treat. As a tradesman myself I understand you need to let the master do their work. Show them what they need to know and get out of the way so they can work their magic.
